BEC Corporation has been providing salt brine dissolvers since our company started. Our history with these products goes back over 20 years. These units were designed in conjunction with a major salt supplier. Since that time we have provided these to many customers including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies in most any configuration imaginable. Whole brine systems can be provided with controls, meters, filters, pumps, tanks and other equipment.
SALT BRINE DISSOLVERS
The above is a concept drawing showing a brine dissolver installed in a building constructed expressly for the dissolver. These dissolvers can be installed outdoors or in your facility. If installed outdoors, it is possible that the vessel may need to be insulated and additionally heat pads and controls installed. Each unit is built to conform to the application and environment into which it is installed.
Every dissolver is designed to meet the brine delivery requirements of our customers, the environment in which it is installed and the type of salt being used. These can be designed for any type of salt, food grade, granulated, solar, rock, etc. Installations have been in warm climates to some of the most severe winter climates.
Because of the variety of applications and installations, please contact us with your requirements and a design will be developed to meet your needs. A variety of tank/vessel sizes and shapes can be provided. Vertical vessels, horizontal vessels and cone bottom vessels are available. Some of these shapes are not as efficient as others but may be necessary in a given application.
